The Residence Seminyak, is a collection of 12 exclusive luxury villas, offering fullyserviced two to five bedroom private pool villas. Only 15 minutes drive from the International airport, these sought after villas are nestled in the fashionable area of Seminyak. Each of the individually decorated villas has its own private swimming pool, surrounded by manicured gardens and pool lounge area, spacious king-sized bedrooms with marble-tiled shower & bath rooms, fully equipped kitchen, French doors that align the dining and living rooms, allowing you to secure the area for air-conditioned comfort or open it up to bring the pool & outdoors in.

The two-bedroom villas are popular with small groups of up to 4 people and honeymooners. The two-bedroom deluxe & three-bedroom villas offer a charming 2nd storey bale area for enjoying the balmy Balinese breeze and can cater to small parties from 2 to 10. The five bedroom villa has a spacious garden suitable for large cocktail parties, barbeques and wedding receptions.
